My conclusion is that when we do something connected with our values, with what makes sense to our lives everything is special and it is possible to look like the first time, with a beginner look. Two weeks ago I had the opportunity to do intensive training in DBT PE-prolonged DBT exposure protocol for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), with Melanie Harned and Annie McCall.
